What will be deleted?
After your request has been verified, applicable personal information associated with your account will be removed from our active systems.

What may be retained?
Some limited information may need to be retained where required for legal, financial, security or regulatory purposes.

Data is generally purged from active servers within 14 days of your request. Residual copies may remain in secure, encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being automatically overwritten.
