Controlled Support Process

We investigate before changing a live project.

This reduces unnecessary work and helps prevent one repair from creating another problem elsewhere in the project.

01

Receive the project

You provide access, screenshots, error details, expected behaviour and any available source files.

02

Reproduce the problem

We confirm the issue where possible and identify the affected function or project area.

03

Confirm the scope

You receive the proposed work, exclusions, estimated cost and required access.

04

Fix and test

Approved corrections are completed and the relevant functions are checked again.

05

Release or handover

The update is deployed, prepared for submission or returned with clear next steps.

Choose ongoing care or one clearly defined support task.

Common Questions

Important information before we access your project.

Existing projects differ greatly in quality and documentation. Initial access does not automatically mean that every issue can be repaired within a basic package.

Yes, when the source files, account access and technology are available and the project can be reviewed safely. We normally begin with a paid technical review before confirming the repair.

No. Each package includes a stated amount of routine care or development time. Larger features, redesigns and major repairs receive a separate quotation.

No developer can control the final decision of Google or Apple. We can review the application, prepare the submission and help respond to review feedback within the agreed service scope.

Usually yes. The exact access depends on the project and may include website administration, hosting, source code, Firebase, Google Play Console or App Store Connect. Use role-based access where the platform supports it.

Small low-risk changes may be completed on the live website after a backup. Larger or higher-risk changes should be tested in a staging or development environment when available.

We stop additional chargeable work and request approval before continuing. Extra time can be added at the agreed hourly or fixed-project rate.
